Vacation apartment 19 - Ferienwohnungen Früchtenicht

Vacation Apartment 19 is located on the 2nd floor of a building newly constructed in 2007 at Wasserstraße 13; the entrance is at Wasserstraße 12. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, a kitchen-diner, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet; it faces the street (cobblestone).

Our vacation apartments (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Public transportation stops are within walking distance.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the neighborhood. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the unit. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments have well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our vacation apartments, you are welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The vacation apartments on Langenstraße have freezers for anglers and a fish-filleting station; a fishing shop is about 100 m away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby parking garages (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking meter/ticket shop/select days), you can leave and re-enter the parking garage as often as you like on the days covered by your payment.

Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89–92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1–2) parking garages.
