The Space:

This gorgeous water-view condo puts everything The Island City has to offer right at your doorstep, no matter the season. Inside this end unit you will find tons of natural light, modern decor, an open-concept living room with a gas fireplace, and a kitchen with characterful knotty pine cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. If the weather is nice, start your day with a cup of coffee outside on your patio. The Yacht Club, directly in front of you and sitting lakeside, will be the perfect spot for a sundowner later. But first, game plan for the day: will it be hiking, biking, boating, fishing, kayaking or sailing on Lake Minocqua? You’re only half a mile away from downtown Minocqua across the bridge, putting lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance as well. In the winter, Minocqua turns into a snowy wonderland: will it be snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or, downhill skiing at Minocqua Winter Park? No matter how you spend your day, you'll be glad to return to this cozy home away from home. Get the gas fireplace going and set up a board game at the round-top table for four. Or, sink into the comfortable sectional and flip on the flatscreen Smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Still feeling social? Time to step out those patio doors and see what's going on at The Yacht Club. Just don't stay out too late, you've got a full day of Northwoods fun tomorrow. Excellent Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary with two friends and loved the comfort, cleanliness, and location. Property was as advertised and has a beautiful view of lake Minocqua

Perfect Location

We chose this condo for location, just a short walk across the bridge to downtown Minocqua and the Yacht Club is steps away. We enjoyed the fall colors and Beef-a-Rama! We will be back!

Nice but noisy

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Location was just across the bridge from downtown so very convenient. But the noise from the adjacent road and bar next door made it hard to use the outdoor space.

Great Stay!!

The condo was comfy, spacious and in a great location. Our only problem was the digital entry, it did not work for us. We ended up using the key in the lock box.

4 days in Minocqua

We have been going to Minocqua for over 20 years and stay in cabins in various resorts. Always happy....BUT now the condo life has taken over for us......it was beautiful, clean and a perfect location for walking, biking, or driving to a favorite restaurant, shopping or other great happening. We have already recommended the condo to others......thank you!!

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our time up north. The condo was spacious and clean. The only negative was that we had problems With the entry code lock. It would take 5-6 times. Also the construction outside our patio. But all in all we loved the place

Nice Place

Nice place. Close to a lot of things. I went in knowing there would be some noise based in reiviews. Wasn’t bad at all. Probably not going to spend too much time on the back porch area during traffic time. But soooooo many close places to have fun. And the place was great. Need to get that front door code and dodgy dead bolt figured out.

Very nice

VERY clean. Needs a new front lock. Struggled every time we used it. Needs a new exhaust fan in hall bath, very loud and not effective. Road noise is annoying Comfortable and well stocked with what you need.

Nicely appointed property

Loved the cleanliness and accommodations for our family. The personal touches of soap, toiletries, and extra bedding were so appreciated. The layout is great for gathering and eating together. The weather did not cooperate for outdoor play for 1/2 of our stay so it was nice to have a place to hang out and play games. My one recommendation would be to clarify the check in process as the directions to get in did not work. Showing up in the cold in the evening made for a frustrating process to get in. Having clear instructions to get a key for entry would be appreciated. Otherwise, would stay again!!!
