The Space:

This sunny, waterfront condo is ready to become your home base and perfect retreat for your next family escapade to Bethany Beach! This family-friendly condo is located within the Sea Colony resort, which features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



The open floor plan of this well-appointed condo seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one space. The living room boasts gorgeous navy blue and white accents and decor, adding a coastal touch to your stay. Kick back and relax in front of the large flatscreen TV with cable, and if you are visiting during the colder months, the wood-burning fireplace will keep you all warm in the blink of an eye. The living room opens up to a waterfront deck with plenty of seating, including an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator, a double oven, a five-burner stovetop, microwave, Wolf toaster, and more! The dining table seats six and there are three extra stools at the breakfast bar.



THINGS TO KNOW



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

We had a great stay at this property over Labor Day weekend! There were 2 parents, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents and the space worked really well to accommodate all 6 of us. The screened-in, wrap-around porch was especially lovely for morning coffee and evening dinners, as were the beautiful views from the living room and 2 bedrooms. The entire place was nicely renovated and decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans — everything we needed for preparing meals when we weren’t at one of the local restaurants. We also enjoyed the open floor plan in the kitchen/living/dining room area, and the dining table that seated six. The window panels looking into the kids’ room had been covered with frosted film, so we did not experience any issues that had been noted by other guests. The unit was very close to a tram stop to get to the beach, and a short walk to one of the many pools available for guests. We had a small snag with the management company when checking in about the number of badges we had purchased, but it was easily resolved later through text messages. We would definitely rent this unit again if the opportunity arose!
