The Space:

Close to the beach and boasting lots of fantastic on-site amenities, this amazing Sea Colony home is just what you've been hoping to find for your next family vacation. Inside, beautiful floors extend throughout and the living room features attractive and comfortable furniture, beachy décor, and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to cook up a wonderful meal then serve people up on the dining table's bench seating or outside on the furnished deck for a delightful al-fresco meal. You'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of when it's time to call it a night. Good thing too, because with Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach to enjoy, you're going to want plenty of good rest. Spend the day enjoying the rolling surf then come home to use the private washer/dryer to knock out your beachy clothes. Be sure to take a walk to explore all the on-site amenities that include 10 shared pools, two shared hot tubs, a community fitness center with a sauna, and shared basketball and tennis courts. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool while you use the high-speed WiFi to research your next Bethany Beach adventure.



Take a shuttle to the private, guarded beach and explore the nearby walking paths, playgrounds, boardwalk, and shopping and dining opportunities. You'll also have mini-golf, amusement parks, water parks, kayaking, surfing, and fishing close by as well. You'll have a number of terrific restaurants nearby, such as DiFebo's Restaurant Bethany Beach, Patsy's Restaurant, and 99 Sea Level.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Staying at Sea Colony was fun for our family, we enjoyed the access to pools and ocean. Very well maintained grounds and felt very safe on the property. Although “pools, gyms, hot tub, access to beach etc..” are included in the title of the listing be sure to read the fine print! Sea colony adds an additional fee per person for access to all of these, your VRBO booking is just for the condo!! Kids loved the pools, ocean, splash pad and trolley. Close to family restaurants, shopping and activities. Spent our days at BB boardwalk Ocean City and Rehoboth. The unit itself is quiet but the condo smells like cat urine and was “surface cleaned” at best upon our arrival. Mouse droppings, cob webs, a used sanitary napkin, sand in one bed and under each bed we found thick dust, trash and even dropped pills. Reported to 24hr phone number at our 6pm check in, was offered cleaning the next day but declined and chose to spend our first night cleaning. Not the most relaxing way to start vacation so that was disappointing!We took the Cape May-Lewes Ferry on our way to BB. It was really fun and affordable. Got stuck in traffic so we had to do a late check in, office closes at 5 allowing a narrow window for check in. Customer service line was available but it was difficult to hear the representative over the sound of a rooster which is funny memory now but was a challenge as we couldn’t access the unit and it was pouring rain.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Spent a beautiful couple days in this lovely condo and enjoyed every moment. It was so quiet and the porch was a favorite spot to sit and watch birds in the woods. We loved being able to walk or take the tram to wherever we needed to go. Definitely will be staying here again!

Comfy and spacious!

This unit was the perfect size for our girl's beach week! We had 5 people staying there and we were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were nice and spacious. Loved the circular kitchen table and we enjoyed playing games one night in the comfy living room. Very enjoyable stay!

Great weekend

We loved that the property was in great condition as advertised and a peaceful location! We would definitely love to come back to sea colony. The only bad part was not being able to do the basketball courts or the swimming we were told they were closed

Cute condo, very welcoming

The condo looked exactly as it did in the pictures and it was super clean and had plenty of space! Only negative things I would say is that it doesn't seem the AC works in the front den room, it got really hot at night, and for cooking purposes, there were not a ton of utensils to use, but it seems that the house is relatively new. It wasn't an issue, we are just used to the condos being more fully stocked with bowls and kitchen gadgets

A nice spot

My friends and I stayed in Sea Colony for the weekend. It was in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed the proximity to town and restaurants. The beach was a bit farther away than I anticipated (across a busy road). The home itself was well-equipped and comfortable. For the price, I did expect a bit more luxury. The linens were very thin and the beds just okay. The table lamp in one of the bedrooms is broken. One of the toilets ran incessantly unless we jiggled the handle each time it was flushed. All in all, it was a nice getaway for myself and my friends.

Sea Colony has so much to offer. Plenty of things to do and the tram to the beach was well run. It is quiet and relaxing at Sea Colony and is pretty much everything you could want in a vacation spot. The unit was nice and looked like it had been recently updated in some rooms. The issue we had was with the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before us. There were also cobwebs around the top of the walls near the ceiling. Linens did appear clean though. We already let Vacasa know about this however I felt others looking at this particular unit should be aware.
