" The apartment is located on the 1st floor (first floor entrance) in the first row of row houses, featuring a large balcony and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment offers a relaxing retreat in a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for up to 2 people. From the combined living and dining area, you have access to the large balcony with an awning facing southeast. It offers a 100% unobstructed view of the sea and the sound of the waves. The kitchen, which is separate from the living and dining area, is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove. The bedroom features two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The white-tiled shower room is located inside the apartment. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach without having to cross a street. A parking space on the parking deck in front of the building is included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The "Ferienpark Sierksdorf" apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
