. This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of a high-rise building and features a balcony facing northeast with a partial view of the Baltic Sea. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove. The interior bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A narrow window opening into the living area provides natural light and allows for ventilation. The living area also features a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 190 cm). The modern bathroom with a shower is located inside the apartment. The beach and the promenade are just a few steps away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
