The entrance to the newly built building, facing west, leads directly into the apartment, which features four cozy rooms perfect for relaxing. On the first floor, you’ll find a guest restroom, a modern, open-concept kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker, as well as the adjoining living/dining area, which blends Scandinavian style with modern design. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy couch or at the dining table and enjoy the flat-screen TV and internet access. <br><br>A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find the two bedrooms—each with a comfortable double bed (180×200)—the playroom with a pull-out couch (140×200), and the modern shower room. The apartment is ideal for families or couples looking for plenty of space and privacy.<br><br>The Erck vacation apartment is situated on 1.03 hectares of lush, green grounds that are perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks to the house’s western orientation, you have barrier-free access to the beach (Section 25), located 350 m away, which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or taking a stroll. For adventure seekers, the Föhr go-kart track “Föhrring” is nearby, offering thrilling rides. A walk in the nearby forest is also highly recommended. Our younger guests will love the “Piratennest” playground.<br><br>If you’re arriving by car, you can use the parking space assigned to the apartment. Our vacation apartments range in size from 51 to 139 m² and accommodate up to 6 (and in some cases up to 8) people; they are barrier-free and accessible by elevator.<br><br>The apartments feature a modern, well-equipped kitchen that adjoins the living and dining area, blending Scandinavian style with a contemporary flair. A flat-screen TV and internet connection are also provided. The bathrooms are bright and inviting and feature a walk-in shower.<br><br>A highlight of each of our apartments is the adjoining terrace or balcony, furnished with cozy outdoor furniture and perfect for relaxing evenings.
