Welcome to Unit 3 at the Clubhouse Lodge—one of the most spacious and group-friendly layouts at Serenity Ridge. Perched at the top of the ridge with sweeping mountain views, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit takes everything you love about the clubhouse location and expands it with more room to gather, relax, and spread out.

From the moment you enter, you’ll notice the extended entryway, giving the space a more open, intentional feel right from the start. As you move inside, the layout opens into a larger, elongated kitchen and living area, designed for connection and comfort. The full kitchen features modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, and generous counter space—perfect for cooking meals, hosting, or simply enjoying a slower pace. The living room offers plenty of seating and a welcoming place to unwind, all set against the backdrop of elevated mountain views.

One of the standout features of Unit 3 is the expanded outdoor porch—larger than other clubhouse units and perfectly positioned to take in some of the best views on the property. The primary suite offers a private retreat with a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in stone shower.
