Booked this house for a ladies weekend. The view and location were gorgeous. The layout was comfortable. And parking was more convenient that we expected. The only disappointing thing was the hot tub wasn't clean. The host tried to make it right by having it serviced the 2nd day. But instead of draining and cleaning, the hot tub service provider just added a bunch of chlorine, which caused more issues because the water was too caustic to get in. The host did what they could to resolve and did give us a late check out. But it was a bummer, since the hot tub was a huge part of why we booked this spot. I would recommend that if you book this house, connect with the host the week before you arrive to make sure everything is in good working order.Otherwise highly recommend -- communication was easy and the spot was comfortable, bright and airy.

A ladies weekend with those views and that layout sounds like it was close to perfect, and we're genuinely sorry the hot tub let you down. You deserved to soak in that tub from day one, and the service call not fully resolving it made a frustrating situation worse. We've refunded the spa fees, and your note about confirming hot tub status before arrival is something we're taking seriously with our pre-stay process. Thank you for still recommending the home despite the hiccup, and for being so straightforward about what happened. That kind of honesty helps us do better, and we're grateful for it.

Beautiful view, gates all need repair , hot tub a little green,lots of stairs ok for our family but could be difficult for some had a great time easy trail down to the beach, beautiful location nice having so many nice bathrooms

The location, view, and near by amenities in the town are hard to beat. We stayed here last year and will do so again next year. If you’re looking for quiet relaxation and good family time this is the place.

Place was great. Dishwasher didn’t work initially but reset it and it was fine. Awesome beach and house for the price point. Definitely recommend.

It was very easy to access the house and it was clean all over, There are stairs, but they all have good hand rails which is good for my knees.

Blue Horizon is a clean, comfortable place to stay for a family vacation. The dining room and living room have a great view of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach (less than a half-mile walk).

Check-in was easy and the views from the property are genuinely great. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for a house at this price point.We encountered a long list of issues during our stay: unclean sheets on the trundle beds at arrival, mildew and mineral-clogged showerheads in every bathroom (very low water pressure as a result), a stove burner that was broken before we even arrived, non-functioning and rusty blinds throughout, a missing screen door, stained sofas, lumpy pillows, and a spa well overdue for its cleaning cycle. The fifth bedroom advertised in the listing is accessed through the garage with no signage or instructions — we couldn't find it and only learned how after calling in. We also noticed deferred exterior maintenance (rotted wood, peeling paint, dated plumbing fixtures) throughout the property.We reported everything in detail directly to Casago after our stay and asked for some consideration given the gap between the listing and the actual condition of the house. We never received a substantive response — just a form email declining any adjustment with no explanation. For a property renting at this rate, both the condition of the house and the lack of any real engagement from management were disappointing.

Must experience location and awesome view.

The beach and golf shop are a short walk (a bit hilly) and their bistro/bar was a pleasant escape from the in-laws. Very short drive into Bodega to check out the restaurants and small shops. Nice getaway from big city life.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was quite large and clean for our family vacation. The separate bedroom and bathroom off the garage was perfect for a little quiet for some family members since the rest of the house was full of little kids. The fenced in outdoor areas were great for the kids too.

Family Time

Perfect place to spend time with family and if you needed time alone there is space for that. It was well stocked with supplies and we didn’t have to drive far to get to the beach.
