The Space:
This fifth-floor condo is designed for relaxed coastal living with an open layout that brings everyone together. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind and includes a pull-out sofa that sleeps two, making the space well-suited for families or small groups.
The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with direct access to the private balcony, while the second bedroom features full-sized bunk beds and its own attached bathroom—ideal for kids or additional guests. The private balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary suite, is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, sunset skies, and poolside views with a hint of Gulf breeze.

Beach and Dining:
You’re just minutes from the sugar-white sands of Henderson Beach State Park, one of the most popular family-friendly beaches on the Emerald Coast. Beach access is easy by car, and the June White Decker Public Beach Access is just a short 10-minute walk (or approximately 2-minute drive) from the resort. Public parking is available near the beach access.

Starting in the summer of 2026, Henderson Beach State Park requires pre-registration for entry. Please refer to official park information for current entry requirements and details.

Nearby dining options include local favorites such as The Back Porch and Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, both known for fresh Gulf seafood and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Destin Commons and HarborWalk Village are just a short drive away and offer shopping, dining, and entertainment for all ages.

Resort Amenities:
The Palms of Destin offers resort-style amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation. The 11,000-square-foot lagoon pool features a zero-entry design, waterfalls, and splash areas, with plenty of lounge seating for all-day enjoyment.
Guests also have access to an on-site restaurant and poolside bar, along with tennis courts, a basketball court, a fitness center, a playground, and open green spaces. The resort is gated and offers 24/7 security for added peace of mind.

As an added convenience, the resort may offer a seasonal shuttle service to the beach. Shuttle schedules, availability, routes, and operating dates are subject to change without notice and cannot be guaranteed.

Parking:
Parking in the garage is available for up to two passenger vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. RVs and trailers are not permitted per resort guidelines.

Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is six guests for this two-bedroom unit.

What We Provide:
Guests are provided with fresh bed linens, beach towels, and bath towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, utensils, and essential appliances. A starter set of supplies is also provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

Beach Equipment:
For your convenience, the unit includes beach towels and a selection of beach equipment for guest use. While we strive to keep items available, specific equipment and quantities cannot be guaranteed due to normal wear, damage, or replacement schedules. Please rinse all beach equipment after use to remove sand and saltwater before returning it to the unit.

Important Notes:
The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
