Our like-new, lovingly furnished vacation rental is located in the beautiful village of Premantura, near Pula, the largest city in Istria.<br>Its fantastic location, with a view of the sea and the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park right next door, is what makes it so special.<br><br>Our vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a 5-unit building constructed in 2022. <br>We’ve furnished the apartment in a modern and comfortable style. You can see the sea from the balcony and all the windows; Munte Beach is 750 meters away, and Stupice Beach is 1,000 meters away. You can reach Cape Kamenjak in just a few minutes.<br>The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals in the apartment.<br>All living areas have air conditioning, and all windows and the balcony door are equipped with fly screens. Free Wi-Fi is included.<br>For a restful night’s sleep, you can choose between pleated shades and exterior blinds.<br>A free parking space is available on the property.<br><br>With its 850 residents, Premantura is a tranquil resort town on the 67-kilometer-long Riviera at the southern tip of Istria.<br>Within walking distance is the picturesque town square, a village market, bars, and restaurants that contribute to the village’s tranquil character.<br>The townscape is a successful blend of Mediterranean stone buildings and modern vacation homes. You won’t find large hotel complexes or supermarket chains here.
