Our country house, which underwent a high-quality renovation a few years ago, features eight lovingly and individually furnished apartments of varying sizes (2 to 14 guests, 20 to 172 square meters) in a boutique style is located in the center of Fieberbrunn, in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol. The ideal place for your relaxing vacation!
Our Alpenresidenz is particularly popular due to the town’s central location within one of the largest ski regions in the Alps (Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn).
In the summer, the garden and our on-site barbecue area invite you to relax; in the winter, you’ll appreciate the proximity to the ski bus stop and the indoor pool, which you can use for free during the winter months as a guest of the Alpenresidenz Fieberbrunn. The location in the town center is ideal year-round: restaurants, events, and a variety of shopping options are all within easy walking distance. Our fiber-optic internet connection supports your favorite streaming service or your work-from-home needs.



On-site fees: Payment: 40% deposit (via bank transfer or credit card), balance due before arrival. Dogs and cats are welcome. The fee is €10 per night per pet, excluding food. Please notify us separately via email when booking that you will be bringing a pet. Charges will be billed separately on-site.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
