The semi-detached house features a furnished terrace and a furnished balcony. Thanks to its location and amenities, this vacation rental is also ideal for family vacations, getaways with couples who are friends, or multi-generational trips. A wallbox for electric vehicles is available at the house. All windows of the property are equipped with exterior roller shutters.

Thanks to the open layout leading to the furnished terrace, the spacious living room feels wonderfully bright and inviting. The furnishings include a large, elegant leather couch, which provides a great spot for relaxing. Multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. Integrated into the room is the vacation home’s well-equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The adjacent dining table has room for the whole family. A Senseo coffee pod machine is also provided.

Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with a comfortable 140x200 cm double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms. One has a 140x200 cm double bed, while the other is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed. The larger bedroom has access to the balcony and is also equipped with its own flat-screen TV. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this floor.
