The inviting living room, decorated in a friendly, nautical style, features a cozy couch and an attractive dining area, inviting you to relax and enjoy your stay. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is also available.<br><br>The open kitchenette is integrated directly into the living area and equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.<br><br>The furnished patio is located right off the living area and, when the weather is nice, offers the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a meal together. The terrace is right next to the terrace of the neighboring apartment and has no privacy screen.
