Holiday Villa 'Aljamar Burriana Beach Nerja' with Sea Views, Pool, Terraces & Wi-Fi

This luxurious property is air conditioned throughout and has panoramic sea and mountain views.



It is situated on the favoured east side of town and is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach (blue flag) and 20 minute walk to the town centre of Nerja which has a great choice of restaurants and bars, and the famous Balcon de Europa.



The whole villa is decorated to a very high standard and on the lower level is an open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the stunning pool area. There is a 3-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and a 55" TV with English channels including Sky Sports.



There is free fibre optic Wi-Fi access, perfect for those who need to balance work with leisure time, and a home telephone that can be used for making national Spanish calls.



There is a well equipped kitchen with a small table and two chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.



The master bedroom on this level has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. There is a separate cloakroom under the stairs.



On the first floor is the family bathroom along with the two other bedrooms.



Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool.



ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.



The villa has a three private terraces. The pool terrace has a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds and magnificent Mediterranean plants.



If required the private pool can be heated and is available at an additional cost.



The front lower terrace has an outside dining area with a table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.



The front upstairs terrace has sunbeds and a Hot Tub, which is available at an additional cost per week

and has expansive views to the mountains and the sea.

All rentals are for a minimum 7 night period and run from Saturday to Saturday only.

Nerja Caves are well worth a visit and are situated in the nearby village of Maro.



Frigiliana is a lovely little whitewashed village which can be reached via a bus from Nerja bus station.

Pros: We have stayed at this villa on several occasions and have always had a fantastic time. The villa is first class and is well maintained by it's owners who ensure that everything about it is top drawer. Each time we visit something has been improved and upgraded. Yes the downside is the trek up the hill from the beach BUT it is amazing and the walk up the hill is well within the capabilities of most fit people (it has never deterred us from returning!) Thanks to all of you who are part the team looking after the villa. We WILL be back

Pros: Excellent villa, very clean, spacious and well laid out. Lots of outside space with good size pool and really well equipped for a family holiday. Responses to questions were quick and informative and villa exceeded our expectations. Elevated position with great views and lovely terrace to start and end the day, ideal to watch the sunsets. A few mins walk down to Burriana beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, walking down means walking back up which was much needed to try and work off the lunchtime paella and wine. A 15 minute walk into town which we did most nights where there is plenty of great tapas bars and great friendly service. Had a fantastic time, really pleased with the villa and the meet and greet, available but not invasive and would definitely recommend it to others. Great location for beach and town, really quiet area but close to both.

Pros: Very nice poolarea. Easy to get in touch with Chris and Ann. But the kichen could need sone upgrading, special regarding plates etc. The aircondition did not function. Need to be repaired. One of the double beds could also have been upgraded when you pay so much for renting the property. Altogether: nice area, super poolarea, some upgrading should be done.

Pros: Excellent location 5 minutes walk up a steepish hill from the beautiful Burriana beach and it’s many restaurants. An Automatic barrier & garage door to a large car space. Steps up to the two story building with a very private pool & hot tub. Superbly maintained the three terraces & ample living room with Curved Smart TV & Fiber Broadband. Fully fitted good sized kitchen. Bedroom Ceiling fans and Air Conditioning throughout. High quality furniture & bedding. A joy every visit. Very hard to find anywhere better. I visited the villa in July and had a most lovely relaxing and revitalising week. The villa is beaut

Pros: I visited the villa in July and had a most lovely relaxing and revitalising week. The villa is beautiful, extremely well equipped and feels safe, secure and like a real home. There was nothing I needed that wasn’t already there. The views from the terrace are fantastic. The pool is a good size and so pretty with all the flowers and plants. Loved the non slip flooring around the pool that doesn’t get hot in the sun. Beds are very comfortable, and air con in all bedrooms kept everybody cool. Excellent supermarket 10 mins walk away up a less steep road. I didn’t hire a car and didn’t feel I needed one. Management and communication was excellent. The transfers arranged were spot on, on time, full instructions given and made for an easy pick up and drop off. Like many others, I highly recommend the welcome pack. Deposit was also returned very efficiently. Nerja is just so pretty. I loved this villa so much and if I return, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Without hesitation, I highly recommend.

Pros: Vi var 4 voksne og to teenagebørn der valgte at holde jul i Nerja. Huset er fantastisk, på alle måder lever den op til beskrivelsen og billederne. Køkkenet er sparsomt udstyret, så vi gik ud for at spise hver aften, men det fungerer fint til morgenmad og frokost. Desværre virkede spa'en ikke, men dem der passede boligen gjorde en stor indsat for at få den lavet. Til gengæld var poolen helt perfekt og vi var heldige med vejret selvom det var december.

Pros: Me and my wife stayed in the villa in Nerja for our one week vacation. The location of the villa is very convenient for walking down to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping. The villa is large and well maintained, the pool is very relaxing and beautiful. Everything was very clean and immaculate, really there is nothing we could ask for
