• This is a two-story condo on the 3rd floor—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the bedrooms.

• Parking: No on-site parking; paid parking available nearby at the Metropolis Parking Garages on Commerce Street. Current rates are approximately $40/day and are subject to change.

• Security cameras: Cameras are located above the front door and in the front and back sections of the entrance hallway. They monitor entry/common areas only.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
