The Space:

Manantial is a fully modern boutique style home designed to create a peaceful and elevated stay experience surrounded by nature in Manatí, Puerto Rico. The property features 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom, an open concept living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a modern countertop bar and comfortable bar stools for dining or gathering.



Every space inside the home was thoughtfully designed with a clean aesthetic, featuring brand new finishes, smart switches throughout the entire property, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area, proyectad windows and carefully selected furniture and details that create a warm and minimalist atmosphere.



The outdoor areas are one of the highlights of the experience. The property offers a spacious private patio with a pool, outdoor shower, and an oversized volcanic ceramic soaking tub with both hot and cold water. The custom ornamental blocks, architectural gate, and exterior elements were designed by local creatives to blend modern design with the natural surroundings.



Under the pergola you can open or close the roof, guests can enjoy comfortable lounge seating, ambient lighting at night, and a flat top BBQ grill with basic cooking utensils included for outdoor dining and relaxation.



The property also includes a private electric gate with remote access for convenience and privacy.



Located only about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the famous Guayaney spring Manantial, guests can easily enjoy one of the most unique natural attractions in the north area of Puerto Rico while still being close to beaches, restaurants, and local experiences.



Guest Access:

Guest access is simple, seamless, and designed for a smooth self check in experience. Upon arrival, guests will access a secure lockbox containing a remote control that automatically opens the private entrance gate.



The home itself features a smart lock system with a personalized access code that changes for every reservation, allowing guests to check in safely and conveniently at their own pace.



The entire process is designed to feel easy, private, and modern.

Getting Around:

Getting around Manantial is easy. While a car is recommended to explore the Manati and surrounding area fully, free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Other Things to Note:

Please note that the natural spring (“Manantial”) is not located inside the property itself. Guests can access it through a short walk and light hike from the area. We always recommend checking local weather conditions before visiting and reaching out to us with any questions so we can help guide you and provide recommendations before your adventure.



To elevate your stay experience, we can also help coordinate additional services upon request such as private yoga or pilates sessions, private chef experiences, special balloon arrangements, celebration setups, and preferred wine or beverage stocking prior to arrival. The home also includes a wine cooler for guests to enjoy during their stay.



The property is located within a local Puerto Rican community, allowing guests to experience the authentic atmosphere of the area. Nearby there is a church that occasionally holds activities and Sunday morning service, which may be heard at certain times.
