Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided. In addition to a standard filter coffee maker, a Tschibo Caffissimo coffee capsule machine is available here.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a great place to enjoy meals and socialize.
The wood-burning stove will add to the cozy atmosphere. Only wood briquettes may be used to fuel the stove!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa nook with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.

The first floor features two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.

The attic, with its loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cozy sofa nook offers a place to relax.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot near EDEKA.

The vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
