A magical garden retreat - Hollywood, Florida -1 mile to beach

I was born in Colombia and came to the United States in 1963 as a teenager. For more than 40 years, I have had the joy of entertaining children through magic, storytelling, puppetry, music, and creative arts at schools, libraries, community events, and private celebrations. I am also a face painter and henna artist, and creativity has always been an important part of my life.

I love art in all its forms and enjoy creating beautiful things to display throughout my home and garden. Decorating and designing welcoming spaces is one of my passions, and I take great pride in adding unique, artistic touches that make my home feel warm and inviting.

One of the things that brings me the most happiness is knowing that guests leave with a smile and wonderful memories after spending time here. Creating a comfortable, joyful experience for visitors is truly important to me.

I am blessed with two daughters, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren who bring endless joy to my life. And then there is Charlie, my beloved miniature schnauzer and constant companion. He has a gentle, loving personality and a remarkable ability to win the hearts of everyone he meets. He is, without question, the love of my life. ❤️

I was fortunate to purchase this beautiful home in 1983 in one of the area’s most historic and desirable neighborhoods. The South Lake Historic District is known for its unique charm, tree-lined streets, and welcoming sense of community. Residents and visitors alike appreciate its convenient location, just minutes from both the beach and downtown Hollywood, while still offering the peaceful atmosphere of a friendly and safe neighborhood.

Over the years, I have fallen even more in love with this special area and all it has to offer. Its blend of history, natural beauty, and small-town charm makes it a wonderful place to live, relax, and explore.

What makes my property truly unique is the love, creativity, and attention to detail that have gone into every corner of it. Over the years, I have transformed the space into a collection of artistic retreats designed to inspire relaxation, joy, and a sense of wonder.

From the charming garden she shed to the rock garden filled with hand-painted stones, each area has its own special character. Throughout the property, you’ll discover unique touches such as wind chimes, lamps, and decorative pieces that I have personally created, along with beautiful murals painted by talented artist friends.
