Welcome to our modern and stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath lower townhome located in Calgary’s welcoming Glendale community. This cozy space features contemporary design, bright interiors, comfortable living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for couples, families, or business travellers. Enjoy easy access to parks, the nearby Nicholls Family Library, local cafes, shopping, and downtown Calgary. Westbrook CTrain Station is only about 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.
Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.
Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking) To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply: • Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking.. • Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book. • Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
Optional Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) The following optional add-ons are available upon request only. Please check with us first so we can confirm availability. Early Check-In • 1:00 PM – $63 • 2:00 PM – $52.50 • 3:00 PM – $31.50 Late Check-Out • 12:00 PM – $31.50 • 1:00 PM – $52.50 • 2:00 PM – $63 Availability depends on cleaning schedules and back-to-back reservations. All fees and options are disclosed. No fees are added after reservation.
For all bookings over 2 weeks, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to replenish essentials and ensure a fresh, comfortable environment. The cost is the same as the initial cleaning fee, ensuring your stay remains comfortable from start to finish.
**No parties or events are allowed. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM — noise violations may result in a $250 fine and possible eviction
