Vacation home bi Frie and bi Rosa

Our second vacation home is a family heirloom:
So tearing it down was out of the question.
Inside, however, the house—including the addition—is completely new.
Our vacation home is located in the Böhl neighborhood, within walking distance of the dike.
Behind the dike lie the salt marshes and, of course, Böhl Beach.

By bike or on foot, you can easily ride or walk along a wooden boardwalk almost all the way to the water.
The beach offers a full range of amenities, including a playground, beach chair rentals, and—in the famous stilt houses—a restaurant, restrooms, and lifeguard supervision.
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome for a fee.



"bi Frie" and "bi Rosa" vacation homes:

As you enter the house, you’ll find yourself in the spacious dining area, which opens onto the open-concept kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (ceramic cooktop, 4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Of course, a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
From the entryway, you can access the living room and, from there, the bedroom on the first floor.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is located in the entryway. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

You can access the annex either through the passageway from the dining area in the kitchen or via the separate exterior entrance. In the annex, you’ll find another living area (with a huge TV and a large corner couch) as well as an additional bedroom and a spacious private shower room off the hallway. All four bedrooms feature either a double bed (on the first floor and in one of the upstairs rooms) or two single beds and closets each.
Ideal, for example, for vacations for two families or multigenerational getaways!
Of course, your beds will be made upon arrival. You’ll also find one large, one small, and one guest towel per person per week provided free of charge.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair. If you’re traveling with a dog, we’ll stock the utility room with food bowls and a dog bed, if you’d like.
A maximum of two dogs are permitted in the rental property upon prior arrangement and for a fee.
Every pet owner agrees to remove their pet’s waste immediately and completely from the property.
Please do not let your pet sleep on the sofa or in the bed. A dog bed and food bowls are provided in the utility room.
Do not leave your pet locked inside the house alone.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the utility room.
A storage room for bicycles is available on our property.

The house comes with two parking spaces.

On-site costs: Upon your arrival, the beds will be made for you and fresh towels will be provided. 2 parking spaces; max. 2 dogs allowed.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
