TOP LEVEL:
The top level features a spacious Great Room with a large flat‑screen TV and relaxing after a day at the beach. A wide deck provides views of the surrounding neighborhood and beautiful landscape, ideal for enjoying sea breezes and coastal sunsets. The dining area seats 10, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. A Ships Watch area has a desk and is another spot for guests to enjoy the views. The roomy, well‑stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything needed for gathering and family meals. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. This level includes the first King Master Suite, featuring a private deck and a beautiful master bath with a walk‑in shower. [Note: The gas fireplace is not available for guest use].

MID LEVEL:
The mid level includes four bedrooms: A King Master Suite with private deck access and its master bath has a shower. A Queen Master Suite with private deck access with a shower/tub combination. The two additional bedrooms include one with 2 Twin beds and the other has a King bed which each bedroom has access to a shared bath (shower) between these two rooms.

GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level is designed for fun and relaxation. It features the final bedroom, a Bunk Bed Master Suite has 2 bunk beds and its private bath has a shower/tub combination. The Lounge offers hours of entertainment with a Pool table, Arcade game, and a large flat‑screen TV. A small kitchenette and a full‑size second refrigerator make it easy to keep drinks and snacks close by as well as a second half bath. Just outside, an outdoor shower is helpful after a beach day or using it before enjoying the private saltwater pool (12' x 26', open mid-May to mid-October); also a hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a busy vacation day. There is parking for 5–6 vehicles.

EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground, basketball and volleyball courts. There is a limit of 6 rental guests (at this property) who may use this Fitness Center (with a fee) at one time. There is also a fee to use the pickleball/tennis courts which is limited to 6 players at one time. Guests will be provided with ONE parking pass to park at the community amenities and parking lots. The oceanside parking area on offers convenient access to Sharkey s, a full-service snack bar with restroom facilities located adjacent to the beach boardwalk. From this location, guests may enjoy beachcombing, sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the pristine beaches of Corolla.
