Good Morning Donna Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your visit was not as perfect as you had hoped and to Bass Management’s high standards. I apologize for the misunderstanding about the bedroom setup. There are two large high quality murphy beds in the room, as well as a large desk that people use for work. I will make sure in the future to clarify this with future guests. Furthermore, regarding the exterior trim, we have scheduled the repainting of the exterior trim for this fall, ensuring a fresher and more welcoming appearance. And lastly, we're glad to hear that our property manager was extremely nice and accommodating and was able to promptly assist with your daughter's concerns about the pool.
