Boat Dock Use & Guidelines

Guests are welcome to enjoy our 150-foot private boat dock, which includes tie-down points for securing boats and jet skis.

For the protection of the dock and your watercraft:

Boat/dock bumpers or fenders are required at all times when tying any boat or jet ski to the dock.
Guests must provide their own bumpers/fenders and appropriate dock lines.
Watercraft must be securely tied to the designated tie-down points.
Please do not allow boats or jet skis to make direct contact with the dock.
Guests are responsible for properly securing their watercraft and for any damage caused to the dock or surrounding property.

Please plan ahead and bring the appropriate bumpers/fenders and tie-down lines with you.

The home is designed to sleep 26 people. For large groups up to 50 people outside during the day, a one time fee of $500 may be required.

There are additional patio chairs and tables, as well as small tents kept on-site for your use.

Other decor and rental equipment is available for a fee (eg, place settings, centerpieces, linen, arches, florals etc.)
