Vacation rental in the Feldbergblick apartment building in Lenzkirch-Kappel with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a magnificent view of the Black Forest. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking unit. Southwest-facing. Large wraparound balcony. Second floor, not wheelchair accessible; small elevator available. A linens package (bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and a bathrobe) is available for a fee.

In this vacation rental, you can relax and stay active all year round. It’s located in the Southern Black Forest hiking region. Titisee, the Wutach Gorge, Schluchsee, and Hochfirst are all nearby. The adventure golf course in Kappel itself offers fun and games—not just for kids. Thanks to Wi-Fi internet access and satellite TV, entertainment is guaranteed. On rainy days, you can enjoy the heated indoor pool, the on-site sauna, or the fitness room with a ping-pong table and exercise equipment. Or you can spend a day shopping in Freiburg. With the Konus guest card, you can easily travel there by bus and train.
In winter, if there’s enough snow, you’ll have direct access to cross-country ski trails and a small ski lift in Kappel.
In the morning, you can treat yourself to fresh bread rolls.

We used 2021 to completely remodel and renovate the apartment. The main goal was to create a second bedroom so that families with two children can enjoy a comfortable vacation. This has been possible since August 2022.

What can you expect?

Two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed; both bedrooms feature a closet and a small workspace. A variety of pillows and comforters are provided.

Two bathrooms: both bathrooms include a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, and lock; one bathroom has a bath/shower combination, a place to hang bathrobes, and a towel warmer. The smaller bathroom has a hair dryer.

Living room: three-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, reading lamp, smart TV (50'') and an USB CD radio.

Dining area: dining table with four chairs and a panoramic view.

Kitchenette: two hot plates, microwave with crisp function, air fryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a fridge-freezer combo.

Hallway: Coat rack, shoe rack, shelf with storage baskets, and built-in closet (with clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, mop, iron, and ironing board).

Balcony: Large, wraparound southwest-facing balcony with a table, 6 chairs, and an awning.

All windows can be darkened with electric roller shutters.
Wi-Fi in the apartment (up to 6 Mbit/s).

What can you expect in the building?

Swimming pool: free of charge

Sauna: for a fee (€4 for 2.5 hours); the vending machine accepts only €1 coins.

Fitness area: free of charge, table tennis table, fitness equipment, Wi-Fi.

Laundry room: Washing machine for a fee (€4), dryer for a fee (€2). The washing machine accepts only €1 coins, and the dryer accepts only 50-cent coins.

Additional services:

Linen packages (€16 per package) available; included: bed linens, hand towel, bath towel, and bathrobe.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

The visitor’s tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately. It amounts to €3.00 per person (ages 16 and older) per night and €1.60 per child per night (ages 6 through 15). This entitles guests to the Konus guest card, which allows them to use buses and trains for free.

Unfortunately, there are no longer any stores in the Kappel district. However, you can take advantage of a bread roll delivery service. To do so, you must select your bread rolls at the Roters pastry shop in Lenzkirch, place an order for the desired days, and pay. They will then be delivered starting around 6:30 a.m. to the Kappel Tourist Office (Erlenbachweg 4 in Kappel), where you can pick them up. We use this service ourselves. It works well.
