The 4 Bedroom Deluxe is designed for larger families, multi-family trips, or groups traveling together who want plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded. The layout typically includes four private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large shared living area, full kitchen, dining space, washer and dryer, fireplace, and outdoor balcony or patio space. The larger setup creates a comfortable home base for longer stays and group vacations where everyone can spread out and relax.

After long days outdoors, the resort atmosphere feels warm and easygoing. Guests can enjoy amenities like heated pools, hot tubs, fitness areas, and gathering spaces that fit naturally into the mountain setting. Even downtime feels like part of the vacation here.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. Park City offers year-round outdoor adventure, from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, alpine slides, golf, and festivals during warmer months. - A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
- Self‑parking is very limited; limit one vehicle per suite. Additional parking, if available, is $40 per night per vehicle. The resort cannot accommodate boats, RVs, or trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-11:00 p.m. The outdoor pool is heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
