The Space:

This spacious two-story home gives families and groups plenty of room to spread out. Five bedrooms and multiple living areas mean you can gather together or find quiet space when needed.



The highlight: serious FUN for the kids. A climbing wall, toys, books, video game consoles, and more — a great space for younger guests to play while adults relax nearby. Older kids and adults can join in with video games and board games for family game nights.



The backyard offers a fenced outdoor space with seating, a BBQ grill, and an above-ground trampoline kids love.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything to prepare meals. The dining table seats four, with an additional foldable table and chairs for larger group meals.



Bedrooms include a mix of comfortable sleeping arrangements: a bunk room for kids and rooms with desks for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi throughout.



NOTE: The trampoline and indoor climbing wall require adult supervision at all times. Guests use these amenities at their own risk.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, the playroom, and the backyard.



Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the home. Garage access is not available.



You’ll also have access to the backyard patio area with seating, BBQ grill, and trampoline.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Meridian, one of the fastest-growing and most family-friendly communities in the Boise area.



Nearby you'll find several parks, walking paths, and playgrounds perfect for families. Popular local attractions are just a short drive away, including:

• The Village at Meridian (shopping, dining, and entertainment)



The neighborhood offers a peaceful suburban setting while still being conveniently close to major roads, shopping, and Boise attractions.



Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to get around the Meridian and Boise area. The home has driveway parking and street parking available.



Major roads and I-84 are just a short drive away, making it easy to reach downtown Boise, the Boise Airport, and surrounding areas.



Many grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and family attractions are within a 5–15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

• Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

• Garage access is not available for guest parking.

• The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so parties and events are not permitted.

• The trampoline and play equipment are available for guest enjoyment but are used at your own risk.

• Please do not move the tumbling mats from under the climbing wall.

• No shoes or food allowed on the tumbling mats.
