Dear Guests,

Here’s the location: a 0-minute walk to the parking lot, 2 minutes to the bakery, 3 minutes to the play barn, and 4 minutes to the dike.

Here’s what’s included: cozy sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people and one toddler, including two beds in the fully converted attic. There you’ll also find an additional play area for your children or, for the older guests, a cozy retreat in a comfortable armchair with a reading lamp for browsing books, listen to music (stereo system), or watch TV (plasma screen equipped with all necessary connections for modern game consoles—of course, only for the younger adults...).


On the first floor, you’ll find a super-cozy living room with an adjoining south-facing sun terrace, a sofa, comfortable wicker armchairs, and cozy lighting, a large plasma color TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system, a small, carefully curated library for young and old, and various games for fun get-togethers.

High-quality dining room furniture, a spacious built-in kitchen equipped with all the appliances required in a modern kitchen, such as a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, espresso/coffee pod machine, electric kettle, hand mixer, and similar items.

Two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the upper floor, each with a shower and hair dryer, contribute to a family-friendly bathroom experience.

On the upper floor, there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms with atmospheric lighting—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Large wardrobes and plenty of extra storage space (including a separate storage room for suitcases) underscore how family-friendly our home is.

Terrace: beach chair, large garden table, lounge chairs, umbrella, and related accessories, as well as a sturdy outdoor grill.

Additionally: Fly screens on windows and patio door, smoke detector, stair gate, high chair (2-piece set), outlet covers, children’s dishes and cutlery, bottle warmer.
