This newly built and modernly furnished vacation home, with 2 floors and a total of 96 square meters of living space, offers a cozy atmosphere for up to 6 people.



Information on additional costs and fees:

Rental rates are based on 6 guests.

A maximum of 2 pets may be accommodated for an additional fee.

The security deposit is due in advance and must be paid along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.

Costs for water, electricity, and heating are included.

Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee. These costs are to be paid on-site to the property management.

Two parking spaces are available free of charge at the house.

You will receive the key on-site from the property management.



A spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen welcomes you on the first floor. Here, you can relax on the cozy leather couch in front of the Smart TV, spend chilly evenings by the fireplace, or cook for yourself and your guests in the modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired.



Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional smart TV.



The last room on the first floor is a bright, naturally lit bathroom with a floor-level rain shower, towel warmer, sink, and toilet.



Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, a smart TV, and a closet.



You’ll also find a second bathroom with natural light, featuring a bathtub, rain shower, and large sink on the upper floor.



Moving on to the outdoor area, the large garden and terrace invite you to enjoy the sun or spend cozy evenings barbecuing. Ample outdoor furniture and a grill are, of course, provided. The 780-square-meter property is fully fenced.
