This beautiful home is centrally located in Carolinensiel, near the museum harbor, on a quiet cul-de-sac.

All amenities, such as shops, bakeries, and restaurants, as well as the tourist office and our service office, are within an easy 5-minute walk.

The Wilma Wattwurm house and its twin, the Wanda Wattwurm house—each measuring 100 m²—stand on a plot of over 900 m² with plenty of space to relax. Five terraces, a barbecue pavilion, and plenty of open space will ensure your vacation is a relaxing one. There are two parking spaces available for each car.
Four bedrooms with double or single beds ensure even larger families can sleep soundly. One bedroom is located on the first floor. If your family is even larger, up to 12 people can vacation together—with some areas being wheelchair-accessible.

The barbecue pavilion at the back of the garden is available for hungry guests.

A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer is provided, along with plenty of dishes and cutlery. The utility room contains all necessary appliances—such as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner—available free of charge.

Small reading nooks offer every guest a place to retreat, and the sunroom serves as a gathering space where guests can relax. Books and toys keep the kids entertained.

A shared sunroom is available, and from there you have access to the laundry room with a free washer and dryer.

The bathroom is equipped for guests with disabilities. There is also a single bedroom on the first floor with a raised bed.

Bicycles can be stored in the garage and charged there if needed.
