The apartment is on the 1st floor of the popular "Hanseat I" complex, located at the end of the Grömitz promenade toward Lensterstrand. Thanks to its corner location, the apartment is very bright and filled with natural light. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator.

The cozy living room features a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table with four chairs, from which you can enjoy the ocean view even while having breakfast. A flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The living room opens directly onto the balcony.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and other small kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower, and plenty of storage space. The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser.

The property is located in the first row, directly behind the dike. The expansive promenade, with its many shops and restaurants, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is right outside the door.

So your dog doesn’t miss out, the dog beach is also nearby. After all, up to two dogs are, of course, welcome to enjoy their well-deserved vacation with you in this apartment.
