The Space:

Perched in the alpine charm of Brian Head, this newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers an effortlessly luxurious mountain escape with the rare distinction of true ski-in, ski-out access—just steps from Lift Chair 1 Wildflower and Lift Chair 8 Alpine Glow. The location alone feels like a privilege, but the interior elevates the experience into something unforgettable.



A single flight of stairs leads you to the front door, where you’re immediately welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space that feels both expansive and intimate. The living room unfolds with a modern yet cozy sensibility: a plush, oversized sectional invites you to sink in after a day on the slopes, positioned perfectly in front of a crackling wood-burning fireplace that casts a warm, amber glow across the room. Above it, a 65 inch smart TV anchors the space for relaxed evenings, while you’re streaming a favorite film.



The kitchen flows seamlessly from the living area, designed with a minimalist aesthetic that feels fresh and sophisticated. Instead of traditional cabinetry, sleek floating shelves display neatly arranged dish ware, adding an airy openness to the room. Stainless steel appliances gleam against pristine white marble countertops. (There is a toaster oven/air fryer NOT a standard oven as well as NO dishwasher) A bar-height counter extends outward, offering seating for three—ideal for casual breakfasts, après-ski snacks, or intimate dinners shared over stories of the day’s adventures.



The bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat, where a luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed becomes the centerpiece. Thoughtfully designed for flexibility, two pull-out cots with comfortable toppers are tucked beneath the bed—perfect for accommodating children while maintaining the room’s uncluttered elegance. Soft lighting and refined finishes create a restful ambiance, while the ensuite bathroom offers convenience and comfort with a shower/tub combination—ideal for a quick refresh or a long, soothing soak.



One of the condo’s most enchanting features lies just beyond the bedroom: a glass sliding door that opens onto a private back patio. Here, a four-person dining set and BBQ grill invite you to dine al fresco, surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery. Towering pine trees sway gently in the crisp mountain air, and depending on the season, you may catch sight of a delicate stream weaving through the landscape, fed by glistening snowmelt. It’s a view that feels both serene and alive, changing subtly with the light and weather.



Though perfectly suited for two, the unit comfortably accommodates up to three guests, making it an ideal getaway for a small family or a couple seeking extra space.
