Stunning ocean & rice field view villa. This villa has private beach entrance (60 meters , 1 mn walk). Cemagi is peaceful yet only a 10 mn drive to Pererenan/Canggu & close to Nuanu and many hotspots. There’s 4 bedrooms, 3 w ensuite bathrooms. Master bed upstairs has beach views, the doors open up to a large lounge area with ocean & ricefield views. This villa is uniquely designed with high end finishes & private parking. Currently no construction nearby, only a new apartment building.

The space
Private villa Aurora has a private beach entrance & contains the following:

•4 AC bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms with hot shower, the master bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Master bedroom and 1 bedroom share the master bathroom (upstairs).

•water filter system for healthier showers.


Our villa is new and is uniquely designed. The downstairs living room is closed in, the upstairs living space has rice field and ocean view and a small kitchen counter for your sunset beverages. The villa features a kitchen, dining table, closed-in living room downstairs and lounge area upstairs. The stunning master bedroom with extra balcony has full ocean views so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There's wireless internet and a nice large comfortable couch to hang out on & watch the large screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, small microwave/oven, large hot air oven, coffee machine, stove and blender. The stylish furniture, beautiful lighting and well-kept garden create a peaceful environment to relax in.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contain 4 bedrooms:
- 2 guest rooms with ensuite and king size beds downstairs.
- 1 master bedroom upstairs with a walk in closet ocean view and a king (2x2), the master bathroom with shower and bath tub can be reached by small hallway (shared with 1 bedroom).
- 1 guest or kids room upstairs next to the master bedroom with 2 single beds, the master bathroom with shower and bath tub can be reached by small hallway (shared with master)
The 2 guest rooms have an ensuite with shower.
The master bathroom has a shower and bath tub.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet with safe.

Within the beautiful private garden lies a nice pool. Plenty of space as the pool is 8 x 4 m and theres 4 sunchairs available to rest and enjoy the sunshine. There is a baby cot & high chair available for rent and we can also help organise a pool fence. There is also one private (outside) parking space available for the guests. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Location: The best part of this villa is thats its walking distance to the beach. It’s a remote area and please note the beach does not get cleaned up here so theres wood and items on the beach but it doesnt make the ocean view from the bedroom upstairs any less spectacular! The lounge area has rice field views. Pls note if you looking to stay in the center of canggu this is not the place for you. We build this villa so that our guests can be outside of canggu in a more tranquil area that feels like the “old” bali.

Pls note there is an apartment- hotel next door to this villa, they’re new but theres no construction as they’ve finished building.

The manager will provide information for any online transport needed. Scooters are the easiest to get around as the sidewalks are not great in Bali overall & its not possible to walk to any supermarket or shop from this villa. You can however walk to Luna beach club in 5 mn (via the beach pass the river on low tide). Bloom pre-school, padel, yoga, Lagree and plenty of restaurants, cafes (remix. Riviera, nazu, comma, bambu) and spas are a few minute drive or a short walk away. Omni Bali (best gym in bali ) is an 8 mn drive.

Price includes:
- unlimited Wi-Fi 24 hours,
- towels (changed every few days unless left on the floor),
- hair dryer,
- cleaning 6 days a week,
- bed linen change every 5 days,
- pool and garden is maintained once & twice a week.
- soap and shampoo.

The villa manager is going to be your assistant during your stay with us. We are committed to full fill your requests and make your stay in Bali great and memorable. Please inform the manager if you need anything during your stay, if you tell us at check out or in a review we cannot fix it for you.

We can highly recommend Go-jek (Indonesia food service, you can download at App Store). You can order from the surplus of amazing restaurants in this area. No need to leave the villa at all :)

Airport pick up service can be arranged for an additional charge of Rp. 400.000.

The villa is private and all yours except for the laundry area. That is maid area only. For your laundry please use outside laundromat, maids can assist.

Other things to note
This is Bali and youre in a remote area so there can be bugs & other animals. Pls contact our staff if you need help with anything, but small lizards are a part of Bali living and cannot be removed.

Please note that this is a remote area and you will need to downlaod the gojek app or grab to get around if you dont drive a scooter or car. The manager can always assist getting transport service for you, but we highly recommend hiring a car or motorbike during your stay.

Turning all AC off when you leave the villa is highly appreciated as leaving them on wastes unnecessary energy on an island like Bali where resources are limited. The rooms cool quickly once its turned on when you like to use the bedroom.

We also recommend to re-use towels as thousands of liters of water is wasted in Bali every day, if you don't want to use your towels anymore- pls leave them on the floor or ask the maid and she will change them for you.If you hang them up they will be re-used.

We choose to have the maids come in a few hours every day to clean and the manager doesnt live on the premises but is available on whatsap if you need anything hosting related. This opposed to having staff standby in or around the villa the whole day which we feel would invade our guest their privacy.
Leaving a tip for staff is customary and greatly appreciated.
