🚗 Parking Guidelines
•⁠ ⁠Guests are permitted to bring up to two vehicles.
•⁠ ⁠The first vehicle must be registered through the parking system. Guests must provide the vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number for registration.
•⁠ ⁠Registered vehicles must park ONLY in any available, open, unreserved space.
•⁠ ⁠The second vehicle, or the only vehicle if bringing just one, must display the Visitor parking pass provided inside the unit.
•⁠ ⁠Vehicles displaying the Visitor pass may park in any available space that is not marked “VISITORS.”
•⁠ ⁠The Visitor parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard at all times.

• The complex is designed for one vehicle per unit
• Parking may be limited during high occupancy periods

PET POLICY 🐾🐕
We’re happy to offer a convenient bundled pet fee option:
★ $30 per day for stays of 1–5 days
★ $150 flat fee for stays of 6–20 days
★ $250 flat fee for stays of 20+ days

• Maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation.
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the unit within the complex.
• Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee if they are not included in the reservation prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT FEES ⏰
• Early check-in is available for a $40 fee and must be requested before 9 AM on the day of arrival.
• Late check-out is subject to a $100 fee.
(Please note that both are subject to availability)

TRASH DISPOSAL POLICY 🗑️
• All trash must be properly bagged and placed in the designated on-site bins before check-out.
• Leaving more than one bag of trash inside the unit may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee.

Pool Notice: The community pool is open Tuesday through Sunday and is closed every Monday for routine maintenance. Please note that the pool availability is subject to change due to unforeseen maintenance or community events. We recommend checking us before your visit to confirm that the pool is available.

POOL RULES AND GUIDELINES:

Maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the pool at any time. There is no fee to use the pool, but all use is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any injury or damage that may occur.

•No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
•Maximum of 2 guests per apartment in the pool area.
•No food or pets allowed in the pool area.
•Glass containers and metal cans are strictly not allowed.
•No diving or jumping from elevated areas.
•No running, loud noise, or disruptive behavior.
•Only proper swimwear is allowed. Street clothes are not permitted.
•Please remove hairpins or small objects before swimming.
•Pool safety equipment is for emergencies only.
•Pool furniture must stay in place and should not be moved into the pool.
•Please dry off completely before entering the building, as pool water may damage carpets and fabrics.
•Pool Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
CLOSED every Monday for maintenance and cleaning.
•Management may close the pool or limit access at any time if needed.

Host Rules:

Space is limited to 8 people max, 2 per bedroom and 2 additional on an air mattress

Parking is limited to standard-size vehicles. Large trucks with trailers cannot be parked inside the complex, as the parking areas are not designed to accommodate oversized vehicles or trailers.

Guests are permitted to bring up to two vehicles. The first vehicle must be registered through the parking system. Please provide the vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number for registration. Registered vehicles may park ONLY in any available, open, unreserved parking space.

For the second vehicle, please park ONLY in an available space labeled “VISITOR”.

The Visitor parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard at all times. Visitor spaces are labeled “VISITORS” in white and are located near the green dumpsters, both inside and outside the gate.

Please do not park in spaces labeled “RESERVED,” as your vehicle may be towed.

Please return the parking pass before leaving. Lost or unreturned pass will incur a $500 fee.

DO NOT flush toilet paper, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Kindly use the trash bin provided. This helps prevent plumbing issues and keeps everything running smoothly.

Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.

$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.

Excessive Cleaning Fee: $200 will be charged for any excessive cleaning required.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Lost and Found Policy: Please note that a $50 service fee will be applied for the return of any lost items, whether the item is picked up or delivered. This fee compensates for the time and effort required to coordinate the return, which would otherwise be dedicated to our team’s regular tasks.

Undeclared Pets: Guests must declare all pets on their reservation count before check-in. If evidence of an undeclared pet is found, a $200 fee will be charged.

Undeclared/Unapproved Guests: For the comfort and security of all guests, only those included in the reservation are allowed on the property. A penalty of $50 per unapproved guest, per night will apply if we find evidence of undeclared guests during your stay. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking or message us to update it prior to check-in.

All additional visitors or guests must be approved by us. Any violations will result in a fine, and any liability or damages caused by them will be charged to the guest who made the reservation. We are not responsible for their actions.
