Apartment No. 22 is a 2-room apartment with approximately 88 square meters of living space. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and two sinks is also available. The simply furnished, spacious living room features two red sofas, an armchair, a dining area, and a white fold-out bed.
The entire living area is carpeted.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the “Sylter Welle” building, Andreas-Dirks-Str. 2-4.
The two west-facing balconies offer a magnificent view of the lake, and the south-facing balcony provides a great view over the rooftops of Westerland and the sea. Wi-Fi is available (service not guaranteed).

The bike storage room, laundry room, and trash room are located in the underground parking garage. The trash chute for general waste is in the stairwell.
