The ultra modern kitchen is designed for entertaining, anchored by an oversized island and bar area and outfitted with a wine fridge, double-door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, Miele induction cooktop, and Miele double oven. It’s fully equipped so you can cook as simply or as ambitiously as you like.

Outdoor living is effortless. Step onto the terrace to find your private infinity pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, a covered poolside lounge, and an outdoor shower for easy post-swim rinses. Dine under cover at the outdoor table, fire up the Wolf gas BBQ, and keep bottles perfectly chilled in the wine cooler while ceiling fans keep the air moving. Pool and beach towels are provided for your convenience.

The main house features four elegant bedroom suites. The primary suite offers a U.S. king bed, pool views, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 57-inch LG Smart TV, and a Yale security safe. The en-suite bathroom includes a rain shower, double vanity, and hair dryer. The twin guest suite overlooks the gardens and includes two U.S. twin beds that do not convert to a king, with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower, tub, and single vanity. Guest suite 3 provides a U.S. king bed, garden views, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, plus an en-suite with rain shower and single vanity. The second primary suite presents another U.S. king bed with pool views, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 57-inch LG Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and double vanity. A stylish powder room serves the shared living areas. The detached cottage suite completes the accommodation with a U.S. queen bed and a lovely outlook across the golf course to the ocean. It includes air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 44-inch LG TV, and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. A convenient mini-kitchen—microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and mini-fridge—makes morning coffee or a late-night snack a pleasure.

Practicalities are all taken care of: there’s a dedicated laundry with washer and dryer, a gated entrance with on-site parking, and club membership to round out the resort experience. Important Notice

Effective 1 May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Estate will introduce a weekly fee for house guest membership cards. This charge is based on the number of bedrooms booked, not the number of occupants.

Guests who choose not to use RWM amenities are not required to register and will not incur this fee. The charge is applied per week and covers all guests staying in the villa. Please note that fees are not calculated on a daily pro-rata basis.

USE OF THE VILLA:
The Client can access the Villa at 15.00 on the day the rental commences.

The Client may not use The Villa for any purpose other than that of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and fellow guests unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner.

Only those persons stipulated on the details of the booking may reside at the Villa as guests.
Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be notified to the Company as additional rental charges may apply.
