Welcome to Apartment 18 in the Seerose building at Steinwarder 1!<br>This inviting first-floor apartment, decorated in warm colors, welcomes you with a tiled entryway featuring a coat rack.<br>From here, you can access the interior shower room, which features a sink, a lighted mirror cabinet, electrical outlets, mechanical ventilation, an electric fan heater, a toilet, and a shower with a fixed shower enclosure.<br>Next is the combined living/dining room with a kitchenette. The built-in kitchen features an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove, and all the standard equipment for cooking and dining. You can enjoy your meals together at the dining table across from the kitchen.<br>In the living room area, which features laminate flooring, you’ll find a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a TV, a DVD and VHS player, and a compact stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is also available. <br>From here, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing balcony, which overlooks the inland lake and enjoys sunshine until the evening.<br><br>In the children’s room, which has a window opening onto the balcony (with a screen), a bunk bed (mattress size 80×190 cm) and blackout curtains ensure peaceful nights for our young Baltic Sea fans. A wardrobe provides storage space for all your belongings, and another cabinet filled with games and children’s books keeps them entertained.<br><br>The parents’ sleeping area is separated from the living area by a curtain. Here you’ll find a large double bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.<br><br>Your dog is welcome to join you on vacation!<br><br>All of our accommodations are non-smoking. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.<br><br>!!! A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 meters to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, featuring a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge. <br><br>The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, have 1–3 rooms and accommodate 2 to 4 guests. <br>From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.<br><br>Both an elevator and a staircase will take you to your desired floor. <br>In the communal laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.<br>Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces under cover.<br>The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides. <br>The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps, making it barrier-free.<br><br><br>
