Spacious vacation apartment in a historic landmark building! This newly listed vacation apartment (78 square meters) is located on the first floor of the historic landmark building at Hauptstraße 60 in the pedestrian zone. The bright, spacious living-dining room features a corner sofa bed, armchairs, and side tables, as well as a Magenta TV with all the latest features and a stereo system with a Blu-ray player; the dining area has a large dining table with four designer chairs. There is also a desk with a stool here.

The large built-in kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a separate freezer, as well as a coffee grinder, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand blender, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glasses, and table and kitchen linens. At the breakfast table with comfortable rattan armchairs, you can relax and watch TV on the second Magenta TV.

The bedroom is furnished with two wide box-spring beds, which can also be arranged separately. In addition, there’s plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser.

The large, modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a large sink with a vanity, and a toilet. The bathroom also includes a washer-dryer combo (wash and dry in one machine).

In front of the house, there’s a small outdoor seating area for relaxing.

In this vacation rental, you’ll find yourself in a historic medieval building—without even realizing it—because everything is equipped with the latest amenities for your comfort. You’re right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, in the middle of the action, yet it’s quiet at night since the street has no car traffic. Please note that this apartment does not have its own parking space and can only be accessed briefly by car for unloading. The quickest way to parking spaces is through the Eichpassage, right next to the house, leading to Langgasse, where public parking is available.

The vacation apartments are classified by the German Tourism Association (2 people). The visitor’s tax (for vacation guests) is 2.70 euros per person per night. Please understand that smoking is not permitted on our premises and pets are not allowed.

All you need to bring is yourself—everything else you need for a comfortable stay is provided: Beds made, everything included—including Wi-Fi, a parking space (Prinz-Karl-Str. 7), or a (small) garage at the Stadthaus, Salzgasse 3.
