Great location in wonderful part of Richmond. Excellent shower, well equipped kitchen, nice front porch with chairs.

The location is perfect. Parking wasn’t an issue and streets are clearly marked. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the unit was very quiet.

Having grown up in The Fan, I loved how much this house felt like a true Fan home. It has all the charm and character you’d expect, and the location off Strawberry Street is fantastic. We could walk to local restaurants, markets, and plenty of neighborhood spots.The house was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable, and the front porch was perfect for hanging out and people-watching. Bonus points for the OG album collection, which was great for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.Communication with the owner was excellent, and check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier.I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the real vibe of The Fan.

House was as pictured. It was clean and the host communication was excellent. Very nice sleeper sofa and comfortable bed. In a great walkable safe area and very close to Scott’s Addition and a lot of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again!

My stay here was very nice! It's in a cute neighborhood in the northern part of The Fan close to the science museum, and there are a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts included a guidebook with some of their favorite spots, which was much appreciated. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as including nice (name brand) body wash and hair product, makeup remover, a hair dryer, and snacks in the kitchen. Getting in an out was a breeze; it was just a pair of keypads (one for the front door and another just inside the foyer). Keep in mind that this is a multi-story townhouse, and the rental is only on the first floor, so you will be able to hear people walking above you. Wasn't an issue for me, but something to be aware of. There were a few minor issues - the bathroom door doesn't self-latch, and I had trouble getting the record player to work without sounding distorted, but there wasn't anything significant enough for me to knock off a star. I'd definitely recommend for future travelers, especially if the location appeals to you!

This place was wonderful! Placed perfectly in The Fan to walk to various neighborhood spots like restaurants and grocery stores. On street parking was never an issue. Place was spotless and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Host was very gracious and helpful. I’d go back!

A wonderful stay in a truly special property! It is so comfortable, beautifully styled, and full of historic charm. The neighborhood is very walkable, with fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and museums nearby. Steve was an excellent host - I would love to return!
