Here, the day begins with a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony and a steaming cup of coffee in hand!

Your vacation home is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina building and accommodates up to 4 people:

- living room and bedroom with a cozy corner couch, armchair, and TV,
direct access to the furnished balcony,
Sleeping area with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm)
- separate bedroom with a closet and 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm)
- fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, with a dining area for 4 people
- Bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and toilet

Swim in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your vehicle in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment comfortably by elevator.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washer and dryer (for a fee). The accommodation includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT – Good to Know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
