Duhner Brise Building, Apartment 9, lake view, 150 m to the beach. This comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor is ideal for a wonderful vacation or spa getaway.
The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, including a 4-zone ceramic cooktop and an exhaust hood, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the second balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom, you can enjoy a view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. This vacation apartment is equipped with 2 TVs (cable connection), a DVD player, and a radio. You can park your car in an underground parking space reserved for the apartment.
The vacation apartment is furnished with a high-quality genuine leather sofa set.

The vacation rental is located in a vacation complex built in 2001 in the Frisian style, on a quiet side street in the center of Duhn with no through traffic.
The well-maintained sandy beach and the Wadden Sea, as well as the beach promenade, are about a 2-minute walk away.
The ahoi! water park and the Thalasso Center, as well as spa and wellness facilities, a pharmacy, a beach doctor, a bank, various shopping options, and restaurants are also just a few minutes away.

There is currently a construction site on Nordstraße across from the Duhner Brise building. As a result, there may be occasional noise and dust disturbances.

Visitor’s Tax
As a property owner or rental agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with just a light bag.

We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
