From there, it’s just a few steps to the elevator, which takes you comfortably up to the apartment on the first floor.<br><br>A hallway then leads to the spacious living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with light.<br>The Scandinavian-maritime style interior, enhanced by its color scheme, lends a timelessly elegant touch, making you feel right at home. A comfortable sofa arrangement, hardwood floors, underfloor heating throughout, and a fireplace all contribute to this atmosphere.<br><br>With a good glass of wine and a crackling fire, even rainy days can be thoroughly enjoyable. Two flat-screen TVs provide entertainment with a home entertainment package.<br><br>The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and is sure to delight more than just home cooks.
