House 10 "Seegras"<br> Completed in 2022, the 130 m² thatched-roof vacation home “Seegras” is located in the vacation paradise of Haffdroom—nestled among meadows and forests—adjacent to a nature reserve and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. <br>The vacation home offers a direct view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea beyond.<br>The living area, featuring a fireplace, a large open kitchen, a cherry wood table that extends up to three meters, a cozy couch, and a super comfortable armchair, provides ample space for 6–8 people. <br>The first floor is barrier-free, accessible without steps, and features a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. Also located on the first floor is the 4-person sauna, which is integrated into the bathroom—featuring a large walk-in shower—and has direct access to the garden. Upstairs, there is another large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), as well as two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00).<br>All rooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains.<br>The vacation home offers free Wi-Fi in the living areas, as well as Ethernet connections in other rooms.<br>During the summer months, the very large south-west-facing terrace, complete with a large wooden table, invites you to start your day outdoors.
