Welcome to your Finger Lakes escape on beautiful Owasco Lake. This cozy lakefront cottage was designed for laid-back lake days, sunset dinners, and quality time with family and friends.

Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and offers a welcoming living space with beautiful natural light and lake views. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, while both indoor and outdoor dining spaces provide plenty of room to gather together.

PLEASE NOTE
- There are many steps leading down to the lake/dock. The stairs are very sturdy but steep.
- Firewood is not provided for the fire pit but you are welcome to bring your own! We also recommend bringing lawn chairs for additional seating around the fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private dock, outdoor dining areas, fire pit, and private lake frontage during their stay. Self check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and convenient arrival experience.

● Please note there are many stairs leading down to the dock and water frontage. The steps are very sturdy but steep. Guests that do not wish to use the stairs can still enjoy the beautiful lake views from the deck!

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
