Welcome to The Riverwood, a brand new 2025 log cabin in the heart of Bartlett, New Hampshire. Thoughtfully designed with a warm mountain feel and modern comforts, this three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect White Mountains getaway for families, couples, and small groups.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to relax, cook, and spend time together after a day of exploring. Just off the dining room, step outside onto the spacious deck, a great spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding in the fresh mountain air.

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with two bunk beds, one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full. The unfinished basement also includes a ping pong table, giving guests another fun space to enjoy during their stay.

Located within walking distance to the Saco River with association access only, Riverwood offers the perfect mix of privacy, convenience, and access to the best of the White Mountains. Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door.
