The location was great. It was very close to the beach but also felt secluded due to the plants and trees surrounding the house. The observation deck was nice too. Its not an amazing view of the beach but you can see it. The house was decorated well and had a pleasant upbeat feel. We did find a bug (not a dirty one) that we left for them to see in a container just so they knew.We cook alot and so it was important to have a place that could have the space and utensils to feed our family in. This house hit most of those marks. Many utensils, pots, pans, hand mixer, bowls and more which made cooking easy on vacation. The one area I disliked was the refrigerator. It is not a full size refrigerator which was difficult for our family of 5 staying a week. The fridge did have damage on multiple drawers making them difficult to open and close. And the bar on fridge door that keeps the items in on the shelf came off dropping the shelves contents. The bar goes back on but it just doesnt seat well so watch that. It was great to have a dishwasher there too. But all the dishes came out with a white film/dust on them. Not sure if that's the dishwasher or the pods they left to use with it? But almost all the items had the same stuff on them. We just rinsed everything before we used it and it came off.We brought toys for the kids but there were a couple chairs and a few toys near the out door shower that you could use. The shower was great to have outside to rinse off the sand!
