Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 8. The living room and both main bedrooms open directly to the back porch — lake access is always just a few steps away.

Sit with your coffee as the mist lifts off the water. Watch the swans. Hot tub after dark. Hammock, Bluetooth speaker, and gas grill whenever you're ready.

Fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances, natural light throughout.



The Space:

The Bungalow at Pebble Beach Point sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Carolina Lakes community, on a canal that connects directly to the ski lake and main lake. Three of the rooms open to the back deck, where you'll find a hot tub, hammock, outdoor dining set, and a fire pit. Private boat slip is included with your stay. Please note that only boats registered with the homeowner's association are allowed on the lake (strictly enforced).



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, drip and pod coffee makers, full cookware set, ice maker, and enough counter space to actually cook. The living room has a smart TV, board games, and books for slower days.

Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, lakeside views, direct deck and hot tub access

Bedroom 2: King bed, pull-out twin Murphy bed

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, twin Murphy bed, lakeside views and deck access



Max occupancy: 8 guests



Outside

Fire pit, gas grill, outdoor furniture, hot tub, private boat slip, kayaks and paddleboards, shared community pool, and a partially fenced yard. The back deck is accessible from three rooms in the house.



A note from the owner

After 10 years of serving overseas, this home became my anchor; a place of peace, rest, and reconnection. My hope is that whatever you're carrying when you arrive, you leave a little lighter.



Guest Access:

Full house access. Guests should note:



The hallway closet (pin-locked) is not included in the rental

The area under the house is off-limits

The clubhouse, marina boat storage, and HOA pool near the clubhouse are reserved for residents



Parking: driveway parking available (gated community entrance via Gatehouse app). You will need to send All Drivers information to our team to get a QR code and access into the community! They will not let you in without it.



The Neighborhood:

Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes and is best known for our Lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina (the main lake-approximately 240 acre) with two marina pavilions.



Many of our residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and Golf, as well as woodsy feel of our community. Our diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees and a multitude of school age kids.

Getting Around:

Carolina Lakes is a gated community in Sanford, NC — about 45 minutes from Raleigh, 1 hour from Chapel Hill and Fayetteville. The gate uses the Gatehouse app, meaning that guests will be required to present a community entry pass each time you enter the neighborhood. Once inside, most community amenities are walkable. For dining, we recommend checking local guides on arrival — the area's restaurant scene is growing fast.

Guests may not use the property for commercial filming, photography intended for distribution, or adult content production

Not pet-friendly

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking confirmation may result in termination of your reservation. The community's Property Owner's Association requires strict adherence to this policy in order to issue your community passes on-time before your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!
