Built in 1931, the Brite Building is a crowning jewel in the heart of downtown Marfa. The 3800sf walkup apartment is located on the second floor above the Ayn Foundation (which houses several Andy Warhol artworks), and offers an impeccably designed and expansive West Texas getaway with panoramic windows and bird's eye views. The apartment has two bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, as well as several spacious living rooms, a well appointed kitchen and dining room that accommodates 6 guests with up to two additional rollaway beds available upon request (at additional cost) for a max of 8 guests. The design reflects an elegant convergence of art deco architecture and West Texas minimalist design to create an idyllic home away in Marfa.

The property sleeps 6 guests, however, up to two rollaway twin beds (for an additional 2 sleeping arrangements) are available upon request for $100 per rollaway bed (per stay) up to 2 rollaway beds making a total of 8 guests max.

PRIMARY BEDROOM

The second bedroom also features a king-size bed with two rollaway twin beds. This room offers sweeping views of downtown Marfa and the Presidio County Courthouse. Bright and airy, this room provides the same high-quality comfort with its inviting atmosphere and curated touches. A writing desk and chair is provided for guests needing a quiet place to work.

SECOND BATHROOM
En suite to the second bedroom, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and plenty of space for personal items. A clean, stylish design ensures both functionality and comfort.
