Cozy Cove #13

The Cozy Cove is simple place with all you need. We appreciate any recommendations to make the place better. The exterior is in need of work but the interior is nice.

The guest will have use of the whole apartment.
All guests will be given a code to enter the door. Parking is in front of the entrance of the place. Open the unlocked screen door and unlock the inner door with the code. There will be 2 keys inside the place.

Communication will be from messaging on Airbnb or calling. If needed we will meet with the guests. We try not to bother the guests.

We’re happy to host you and hope you have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review the information below.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am; if you need different accommodations, please contact the host.

Please return both keys to the designated drop-off location by the door.

No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. If cigarettes, marijuana, incense or any substances are smoked or burned in the apartment, there will be a fine of $300 or more.

Just a reminder, bath towels are not cleaning towels; we’ve provided cleaning supplies in the room, and more are available upon request.

For your convenience, trash bins are located near the front and back of the property if you need to dispose of anything during your stay.
