Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We hope you love the home and have a wonderful stay. This property is professionally managed on behalf of a homeowner who truly values and cares for the home, and we kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect as your own.

Please note:
- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Furniture must remain in its original location. If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply.
- Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- ONLY toilet paper may be flushed. Any plumbing issues caused by flushing anything else will result in additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No pups on furniture or beds.
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be securely bagged and tied. Cans need to be brought behind the fence after the truck comes through. Please do not leave
or bring garbage into the garage as it attracts pests; the cans must remain outside in the yard behind the fence per HOA guidelines.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
